Improve project / tutorial creation workflow

Project UX Improvements

• Add mechanism to create multiple projects (e.g from big AOI in find, compare / object class in Assess image)
• Make tutorial selection mechanism more intuitive
  • Add more information about tutorial during, after selection (eg. date of creation, user, zoom level, project specific details)
  • Add option to directly create a tutorial from the project form

Tutorial UX Improvements

• Add mechanism to clone the tutorial from existing tutorial

Assess Image

• Option to create the tutorial / project from a text file with a list of image URLs, one per line
• Enable display of feature mask(s)/ segmentation layers
