ViewAnnotations are clipped by an invisible area inside the map viewport #2706
Description
Environment
- Android OS version: 16 (API 36)
- Devices affected: All
- Maps SDK Version: 11.17.1
Observed behavior and steps to reproduce
The blue box is completely occluded by a vertical area slightly past x=50%.
Expected behavior
The blue box should be visible anywhere in the map viewport.

This is a duplicate of #2681, but I thought including a full repro might give this report more traction.
