Add raster tile layer in new version

I don't see a way to "Add raster tile layer" in the new version. This is important for my work on annotating data center sites, shown here: https://epoch.ai/data/data-centers/satellite-explorer

The feature is available in the old version, as shown in the screenshot below.

It would be great to add this feature to the new version. Let me know if the feature is already there and I've missed it.
