hs copier: implement mania -> standard hs copying

if i have something like that

and i want to copy the hs from this to standard, it will copy only the hitsounds of the key at right, even if the right only contain a clap and the left a hitnormal without addition

That is expected because I haven't implemented osu!mania to osu!standard copying yet.

I need to clarify a few things first:

• How should it handle multiple keys with different samplesets? Should I blend them into a new audio sample?
• Are you okay with it not blending them for now? (I would just apply the valid sounds/samplesets available. For example: if one key has normal-hitnormal and another has soft-hitwhistle, the Standard object would use the Normal sample set with Soft additions + Whistle).

so if u have a vocal (s-w), a hihat (d-w) and a high tom (d-c) then the program would create a new custom sampleset and sample files where the vocal and hihat are combined into a (d-w) and the tom is kept as a (d-c)

also yeah i'm ok with not blending them right now, but at least put a warning on the copy hitsounds page

Another heads up, here is how i'm thinking in how we are going to implement it:

1. Figure out a audio toolset (in order to merge the samples).
2. We will need to add a new section in the hs tool: hitsound mapper, it will map all the hitsounds from mania (even named ones, like kick.wav) into a standard-like sampleset: (sampleSet)-(sound)(sampleIndex), should only be visible when importing from mania.
3. After defining those samples we are going to figure out the ones we would need to merge and create a new sampleset. We should create two timelines: a standard-like clickable hitsound timeline and a sampleset timeline with both considering the new merged samples.
4. Lastly, we will prob want to apply the same process of copying the new samplesets to the mapset using the bits of hs copier: add option to copy used samples if not in the same mapset folder #22.

For now, we are going to need to find ways to merge the samplesets files, for this audio stuff we will probably create a new MapWizard.Audio project to deal with all the audio stuff.
