Difficulty obtaining beacon code without developer account

Your app is really good and offers many customization and upgrade options. I tried to install it and followed all the steps, but I got stuck at the beacon code step because I don’t have a developer account. Hopefully there will be a simpler solution in the future 😄. Thank you for sharing.

Currently, I’m using Big Sur on Proxmox with FindMySync, and I’m temporarily satisfied with it, but it’s sometimes unstable and requires re-login

I am not the developer of the FMIPDataManager app so I can't offer much guidance on that. What I can say is that you don't need a paid apple developer account. You can use a free one. There are various guides on the internet on how to set this up with XCode.

Update: I have written a new key extractor that extracts all necessary keys including a separate key needed for Find My Friend location data decryption stored in a sqlite database. Project can be found at: https://github.com/manonstreet/findmy-key-extractor

Closing issue - the new key extraction method should be simpler to run. In regards to "unstable and requires re-login" - I don't believe these are valid. If you have a crash report please do share, but if you are unable to use the app due to lack of decryption keys, how are you judging unstable? Additionally, the app requires no login at all except for your bearer token to post to Home Assistant. If that is failing, it's not related to this application.
