i can't upload my clothes in library

I can't insert my object as clothes I always go out error, I checked several times that I have 4 vertices for each face, however, every time I go out error I don't want to redo the whole object how can I do?

As it says in the console output: Your mesh has faces with different number of edges.

The faces can only have three or four edges. You can't have both in the same mesh. A higher number of edges than four per face is not supported.

Easiest quick fix here is to select all verts and then triangulate to convert all faces to tris.
