Please send verification e-mails using PGP/MIME

The verification e-mails are currently Inline PGP, which is problematic for a number of reasons, and difficult to parse safely. Please use RFC 3156-style PGP/MIME instead.

We have better compatibility in Mailvelope with PGP/Inline. Not all webmail providers will display PGP/MIME emails in a way that is accessible for Mailvelope, but PGP/Inline always is.
