SUPEE 10415 for magento 1.9.2.1?

i want to apply pre patched file of SUPEE 10415 for magento 1.9.2.1  but in this repo is only available for 1.9.3.6 folder.

is it pre-patched file of SUPEE 10415  in the folder 1.9.3.6  applicable for magento 1.9.2.1?

Please confirm.  In case it is not applicable where is the files for 1.9.2.1.
