With some combinations of window and page resolutions, hardware acceleration causes resized pages to show artifacts.
Exact Steps to Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Make sure hardware acceleration is activated. In specific, the 2nd nested option ("Activar Filtros por programa" in spanish)
- Set up window and reader: window should be maximized on a 1080p screen with taskbar shown. The reader shold be attached reader, with no minimal info)
- Open a comic with pages that are 900x1200

I've seen this problem with other resolutions. 900x1200 is what I managed to reproduce. The image shows correctly for a moment before the artifacts appear.
I can share the cbz file I made to take the screenshots, if a mediafire link is okay. Github doesn't allow cbz attachments.
