Currently, the launchpad page does not lay out tutorial previews in a readable way across different viewport sizes. This issue focuses on the projects menu located on the left-side of the Launch Pad page.
This is the landing page for Scratch projects on an iPhone SE:

To resolve this issue, make the menu collapse for mobile screens.
A possible approach: Since we already have a hamburger menu for Sign In/Sign Out and user-specific links, these two menus could be consolidated into one. For larger viewport sizes (e.g. tablet, laptop, desk), the content in the existing hamburger menu could be displayed horizontally across the top. We may only need the hamburger menu for smaller screens.
