Test both bigartm and bigartm10

Currently, seems like only bigartm9 is generally used in tests. Ideally, TopicNet should also be tested with bigartm10.

If somebody will run TopicNet's tests for whatever reason, they should keep this in mind.

Actually, the question may be broader than "just some tests". What version of bigartm should be specified in the requirements: bigartm or bigartm10? Because, as far as I understand, the current requirement bigartm>=0.9.2 just means bigartm9 but (a bit of suprise here) not bigartm10.
