does not work

Hi, I have Gimp portable and I have tried to install scripts into the scripts folders under ...\App\gimp\share\gimp\2.0\scripts and under "PortableApps\GIMPportable\Data.gimp\script
I have copied all the code into 2 separate files in Notepad and saved them with the .scm extension in the folders I have mentioned above and then I restarted Gimp and refreshed fu-script. But I cannot see any new options in the menu. What did I do wrong?

I have no idea why, but the scripts menu showed up in the main File menu, just below "Exit"...
