GVM is replaced by SDKMAN!

GVM is replaced by SDKMAN! in 2015.
So, there is no .gvm directory in my home directory. But malabar-variables.el requires .gvm/groovy.
Maybe it must replaced as ~/.sdkman/candidates/groovy/ I think.
