Better way of handling parsers

Parsers should become repositories/packages on their own. They should be either installable manually or by finding the parser in a list of a public provider.

The current issue is that non-repository files will be removed when updating a plugin, because it will reload all files from the repository. Therefor it might be interesting to take a look at the possibility of sub-plugins for plugins.
