Allow CLI configs for multiple gateways

The CLI configuration is stored in a single filesystem location and has only one root.

When re-configuring for a different gateway you need to:

1. set the new gateway and user
2. remove the old auth and key configs
3. re-register for new credentials – which also bloats the your account with old credentials
