This add-on adds two shortcuts to the mainform of Citavi. The first one under Tools >> Go online / Go offline with the shortcut CTRL+Q to to go in online/offline mode. With the hidden shortcut CTRL+ALT+Q you run the dialog which is showed if you use the the command from startform.
The compiled library can be found under releases as an archive.
