Unable to use lumen

I'm unable to use lumen I'm getting this error.I tried opening in both the app and in the browser still getting the error.

Can you give it a few hard reloads? Sometimes the service worker cache sticks around for awhile.

If you're still seeing this, can you open the devtools in the browser and send me a screenshot of the console?
