[UX] Support for continuous button hold in widgets

It would be nice UX if holding the button kept moving the elements. Right now it only moves one item up or down, then stops, so we have to keep clicking.

After further testing, i think that applies to most widgets, scalars too. So maybe a fluent config option then? Where we could toggle that behavior i guess:P
