Crashes when entering level (Asus Zenfone2 x86 Android)

I downloaded the demo and the menu etc. runs fine, however when I try to enter the level it loads all the way and then crashes back into Android.

Maybe there is no support for x86 Android? The Zenfone2 runs a Android 5.0 and the GPU is a PowerVR one.

It has support Android 5.0 and powerVR
But as i remember i build it only for armeabi-v7a
I will try to create also build for x86

This one results is really messed up colors in the menu and it still crashes at the same point. Is there an easy way to get a crash-log or something like that which would help you find the problem?

I'm not sure about easy way
Will be useful to see logcat output with DEBUG tag.
if possible also output with SDL tag, and glshim tag.

This gets spammed in the adb console during the menu (repeats all the time):

Ah, this also happend shortly before and might be related:

I tried both versions, the original and the x86 version posted there, but the output of DEBUG seem nothing:
adb logcat -s "DEBUG"

• daemon not running. starting it now on port 5037 *
• daemon started successfully *
  --------- beginning of crash
  --------- beginning of system
  --------- beginning of main

P.S.: I noticed that it also crashes when I enter the settings menu and click either:
control config, multi or detail.

Ok, will try to build it sometimes later this week, if you manage to write some easy to follow instructions. I know my way around regular Linux, but Android is new to me. Do I need a rooted phone for that?
