ListView control: separate styles for icon view, report view etc. 

ListView is a 3-in-1 control: list view, icon view, report view. Each of these "modes of operation" have different styles that are appropriate to them. Currently all styles are thrown together. Let's arrange them so that common styles and specific styles are separate.
