Would anyone like to set a custom font for the Launcher?

Would love to be able to add custom fonts as well as custom colors..and font size.

font size and colors later, font size is not straightforward as just applying a multiplier easily breaks the layout

font color has to be tested to not lead to hard to read text

I was going to create an issue for font size but I will not since it's mentioned here.

Suffice to say – would be useful to be able to increase font size in the app drawer to reduce eye strain and to use more of the screen space so there's less wasted space on the screen.

I see that custom font sizes for everything could be problematic because of the different display sizes etc.

But maybe some fixed different sizes for the clock / date / weather could be feasible?
Something like "small", "medium", "huge"?

Me personally I struggle to read the date sometimes 😅

Wait, why is different sizes feasible for clock, date and weather but not for text? (Mind you, the date contains text.)

I am no developer so maybe I am completely off, but I thought that the length of the names of different Apps, used Characters and Display Sizes vary quite a lot whereas the clock and Date are fairly constant in Size and Characters in all Fonts and languages 🤷‍♂️

Let's keep it simple. We were talking about size.

Neither you nor I were requesting custom fonts.

But yes, you are correct, the lengths of the names of apps vary regardless. But won't they just wrap to the next line, like they do currently?

Length of apps list names, is a non issue, because you can edit them to a shorter name.
App list font size is just improves visibility for us with tired eyes. And with the right font ..make that so.
