Generate and install doxygen documentation

I have a feature request for cargo-c to generate Doxygen documentation from the generated header.

What are your thoughts on it? Should this functionality be merged directly to cargo-c applet or should it be implemented in some other way?

Doxygen should be able to consume the .h independently, not sure if integrating in cargo-c is needed.

While true, this requires adding extra build script instead of relying on simple crago cbuild && cargo cinstall.

Also the question then becomes: why doxygen and not any of the dozens of other C/C++ documentation tools. But arguably, support for all of them could be added.
