Private Backup Group

When creating groups, etc to a backup GItLab while maintaining hierarchy. If the parent group is marked as private. Creation of groups fail as it attempts internal visibility setting. It would be good to meet the parent group in terms of visibility settings, if not higher based on source project/group.
