Release support for zod v4

I see that support for zod v4 has been committed to the mainline branch, but a release has not been performed in over a year. Is it possible to release the current mainline branch to give a path forward for projects that need to upgrade to zod v4?

I would do a release, but I don't have access @lostfictions. I could setup an automated release process if you like.
