Some small updates

• Comment out Docs link from header and footer menu
• Remove "Reference" and "Design guidelines" from the footer.
• Remove "Check the docs" button on front page. Discussed with @bpierre and updating the component docs to the new structure will take too much time - we'll add later
• Rename "Downloads" to "Resources", on that page remove the text "Download some goodies to start designing your decentralized apps. This is an ever growing collection of components for Sketch and Figma, and interactive components for Framer X."
• Remove Sketch and Framer X links on the right
• Change "Download Figma" to "Preview Lorikeet Figma UI kit", link to https://github.com/lorikeetui/design
