Could not open requirements file

I keep getting the error "ERROR: Could not open requirements file: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'requirements.txt'

I am a little Linux illiterate so I might be missing something easy.

you are under the directory of "netbox-scanner" and you should do "pip install -r netbox-scaner-master/requirements.txt"

Ran into the same issue like @shafenator during following the installation guide. But even after I use the command @lkthomas mentioned I get stuck with an error.
