Patch For Purists plugins loading before other master files

Hi, it's been a really long time since I've used LOOT and I'm interested in dusting off some of the rules. One thing about the sort LOOT's deployed for me that really catches me off guard is that it's sorted the patch for purists esp files before the later esm files from TD and OAAB. It seems pretty straightforward why - PFP is in the UnofficialPatches group whereas the modding resources are part of EarlyLoaders which comes after UnofficialPatches.

I'm not sure what the best way to address this is or if it would even be considered a problem?

Perhaps could just move the ESP files associated with PfP into EarlyLoaders, but that seems ugly.

It's perfect;y fine for ESM flagged plugins to load before .esm.
Or am I not understanding the problem?

They seem to just be sorted wrong, these plugins aren't ESM-flagged, unless we are interpreting that to mean two different things:

I don't know if it's relevant, but OpenMW doesn't force master-flagged plugins to load before non-master-flagged plugins.

Okay, well there's no real way to handle that currently in the masterlist.
I assume it doesn't cause any issues, otherwise they would have forced it.
So this doesn't seem like something we would need to fix.

Though it would be useful to OpenMW Users if we could match that behavior.

We already do - that's why @magicaldave can see the .esp files sorted before the .esm files. It's specifically for OpenMW though, Morrowind itself does force master-flagged files to load first. I mention it because magicaldave hasn't said in this issue but I think is using OpenMW.
