Bumps [js-yaml](https://github.com/nodeca/js-yaml) to 4.1.1 and updates ancestor dependencies [js-yaml](https://github.com/nodeca/js-yaml), [eslint](https://github.com/eslint/eslint) and [serverless](https://github.com/serverless/serverless).
