What's the request?
TES posted a good idea that i have the starting scaffolding for in the tile but never actually finished -- display of the "free" scepter skill in aftercore, like so
literally all the pieces for this are in the tile (ambient descriptions, detection of the freebie -- which i believe gets highlighted in the hoverover -- etc) but i never actually finished this thing before pushing it since scepter was near the end of LoL. easy PR for someone but if it never happens i might do it myself
