WinUI.Monaco-Editor KeyPress Notification back to WinUI UserControl

Greetings! First this work is very useful. I incorporated it on one of my Uno projects and works fine.

I am trying to understand how to get notified when (for example) Ctrl-S is pressed and get a notification in the WinUI3 UserControl so I can react accordingly. I have work on this for a while but have not found an answer yet.

Can you provide some sample code to do this?

hi thanks for your comment. i think you have to observe it outside the monaco control. the monaco editor has some shortcuts (https://en.docs.monaca.io/products_guide/monaca_ide/editor) but no ctrl+s. :)

a question: how did you implement it on your uno project? i tried it on a uno app but it doesnt work for me :(

Greetings... So far I don't see how to get Key-Pressed notifications to surface beyond the monaco-editor jscript key processing, alternatively I have been trying to find a way to register to such notification/event for Ctrl-S or other. I just added a "Save" button in the host user-control within a menu-bar and expected that the user pressed it. Alternatively I may just automatically save the content so the end-user will not carry the burden. The WinUI.Monaco code has enough of the needed functionality that is needed for my app. I kept as much as possible the WinUI.Monaco (user-control C#) code and want to make sure that is fully-attributed to their original team. Unfortunately, the code as downloaded do have a few issues (on my app) that I resolve by making some adjustments including: - added an "InitializeEditorModel" method that is called upon the "Loaded" event that will only call the original code once instead of every time the "Loaded" method is invoked. It turns out that I try to manage different editor panels to edit different files (or content) and the original text content is lost when I return to one of the TABs to view an already instantiated content. With this I can have various TABs one per one file/content. Once this is done I can create new tabs one per file or content. It works as expected. - added a simple way to manage a data model to submit/update new content. Your thoughts?
