node -> 0.5.0-pre

I fixed this for 0.3, seems to be related to newer node.js versions. This is an untested patch for 0.5.0-pre

LivelyCouch still relies on Node v2.6.
Lennart, thanks for the patch but the latest Node versions introduced more breaking changes, especially in the http module.
I will have a look at these and port it to Node v4.0 during the next week.
