Region refresh does not use updated token

Describe the bug

The region refresh that's done every 5 seconds fails after the first issued token gets invalid e.g. token lifetime expires.

Reproduction

Join a room with a token that has a lifetime of 1 min. After 1 min the region refresh fails

Logs

token is not valid, cancelling auto region refresh
