Consider adding line numbers to review versions?

Would make it easier for the reviewer? Is there an option that can be switched for the templates.

This is a fairly innocuous change to the class file. Just asking for one set of eyes to check it before I pull the changes into the main repo

This seems like a fine thing to do - do we need to add instructions about which version people compile for review versus the final PDF for publication?

It should be noted in https://livecomsjournal.github.io/authors/policies/, so I'll track down the right spot and make a PR there as well.
