Create a way to add translators to the article?

We'd like to add a way to add translators to an article, as well as a link back to the original article for these translations. Would be ideal if there were templates where people just put the previous article information and the translator names, and it was all formatted correctly - translators added to author's list with a marking that they are translators, link to original repository properly formatted and printed (in abstract? Not sure where else).

Ideally, would be a class (or something similar) of the article, so the same template could be used for both article and translation of that article.

To add translators to the original article, can't we just add a "Translations" section at the end that links to the translation, lists the translators, etc.?

For articles which are translations, maybe the thing to do is to amend the sidebar information to add an extra section that links back to the original repo it was translated from, as well as the repo for the translation.

What I'm advocating is:
a) Link to translation(s) in sidebar (though... if there were a lot of them we'd have to change how this was done as it'd get full)
b) Full details of translations, authors who did them, etc. at the end of the main PDF
