Include shortcodes in search?

If I search for usa, the only result is the hot dog, and doesn't include the US flag:

The emojibase data includes usa as a shortcode:

Would it be useful to include matching shortcodes in the search results, similar to how emojibase's filter does?

It's a bummer that usa isn't part of the tags list 🤔 For context, Emojibase's data is separated in multiple datasets and we currently don't load the shortcodes one(s). There's also the choice of which shortcodes dataset to load, the emojibase one does contain usa but isn't available in other locales than English, unlike the cldr/cldr-native ones but they don't contain usa.
