Support custom emojis

Allow custom emojis to be added to the list, à la Slack or Discord.

+1 from us at Glue. We're keeping a close eye on this library as a potential replacement for emoji-mart, but lack of custom emoji support is probably the biggest hurdle preventing adoption.

Usage:

Pay attention, custom categories have negative indexes to be in front of existed categories and to prevent possible conflicts with existing emojis. It allows to add custom emoji to existed category without index recalculation.
