[regression] Keyboard shortcuts with specific keys no longer recognized

Yesterday I updated my Arch system, replacing cinnamon 6.4.13-1 with cinnamon 6.6.2-1. Since then, none of my Super+Umlaut keyboard shortcuts work anymore. For example, I used to have Super+Ä turn off my screen backlight. The script itself still works, but it is not triggered by pressing Super+Ä. Here are a few examples, which keys are not recognized:

• Super+Ä
• Super+Ö
• Super+Ü
• Super+ß
• Super++
• Super+-
• Super+#

So apparently, not only German umlauts are affected. Here are some examples of what still works:

• Super+K
• Super+J
• Super+M
• Super+,

Super+Ä and Super+Ö were very useful keyboard shortcuts for me. Could you please make them work again. That would be great.

Steps to reproduce

Create any keyboard shortcut with Super+Ä or one of the other combinations from above. It won't work.

Expected behavior

That all of the key combinations above can be used as custom keyboard shortcuts.

Same thing happened to my shortcuts using Tools, Launch5, Launch6, Launch7, Launch8, Launch9 (Macro keys labeled M1-M6 on my keyboard). Also on Arch.

Now I am on cinnamon 6.6.5-1 and it works again. Thanks!
