SB2, Trixie, using latest surface 2 kernel, hanging on D0

Hi,

I was only able to get into D3cold by blacklisting nvidia. Otherwise D0!

$ systemctl disable --now nvidia-persistenced.service

You'll have to set nvidia-drm.modeset=0 and nvidia.NVreg_DynamicPowerManagement=0x02 in kargs. This does break Wayland rendering for OpenGL and Vulkan applications though, which kind of ruins the point of activating the dGPU. I guess at least CUDA will still work in Blender, but no one is going to be rendering on a Surface Book anyway. X11 applications will still work with certain environment variables.

Now that Nvidia has ended support for Pascal, hopefully, they'll release the required signatures to get Mesa working for these cards.
