my mbp 2017 has a bad internal ssd, which means the smc has no firmware to load. this means that the fans max out immediately. i know that mbpfan is doing something, because right when i run it, the fans stop and then max out. how do i limit the fan speed? i have tried editing mbpfan.conf. that damn t1 chip... also some temps in lm_sensors or what's it called are at NEGATIVE 128C, idk if that has something to do with it...
