Unable to build project with lightstep

Describe the bug
Not able to build the project after including lightstep dependency.
Typescript version: 3.7.5
NodeJs version: 12.15.0

To Reproduce
Sample project using above configuration.

Expected behavior
Should be able to build after including lightstep dependency
