Label all metrics with the identity_pubkey and alias

I would be nice to have a label on all metric with the node pubkey and maybe the node alias. This way if you have more than one node running and being scraped by the same prometheus instance, you could identify and filter the metrics by the actual node id.

When running in kubernetes, this can be achieved with a query like

lnd_total_payments{namespace="ns"} + on (pod) group_left(alias) lnd_info{namespace="ns"}

Alternatively, in kubernetes, we can apply our own targetLabels to ServiceMonitor, so that is probably the simpler way to do it.

However, where I think adding the alias would still be useful is for metrics like lnd_channels_sent_sat where we have the peer label. In this case, I can't figure out a query that could be used to fetch the alias from the pubkey of a peer.
