Assistant stops when an experiment has PREREQ_F

When the linear assistant stumbles upon an experiment whose status is PREREQ_F, it stops. It should rather remove it from the queue and move to the next experiment.

It is actually a display problem. The experiments below are running, but the failed one remains at the top of the queue.
