Doesn't appear to be. You'll have to clone each repo you plan to use (libxposed/api, libxposed/service, etc.), build & publish it to your Maven Local (via publishToMavenLocal task), then reference it in your module's project by adding this to your dependencyResolutionManagement in your settings.gradle.kts:
