Possibility of RDNA support #12

This repository seems like it might be abandoned but I figured I'd ask anyway. Is there a possibility of supporting RDNA based cards in ati_spi? I'm experiencing some weird issues with my 5700XT and I'd really like to try upgrading the firmware on it and this seems to be the only tool capable of doing that.
