check_clean_runs.py script (actin simulations)

The data directory ~/Projects/ACTIN_SHOEBOX contains the check_clean_runs.ipynb Jupyter Notebook script and check_clean_runs.html data file.

To be cleared out:

• what should the check_clean_runs.ipynb script do? The attempt to run it in Jupyter Notebook generated lots of bugs, but I assume that the check_clean_runs.html is the output it should generate

• what is the content of the check_clean_runs.html file? What is the meaning of particular columns?
