Description of the output data files (actin simulations)

Running:

python3 run_single_ACTIN_SMALL_BOX_Nils.py -b 11 -r 1 -t 10 -o output/ -m 1 -c Control -p 3 -a 30 -x 80

generates "output" directory, with "run1" subdirectory. The "run1" contains further subdirectories and numerous output files.

To be clarified:

• content/meaning of the actinAroundCluster.txt and actinTrack.txt files
• difference between suffixes: ddrg and drg, ddist and dist in the names of the output files
