Description
Running the actin simulation via
python3 run_single_ACTIN_SMALL_BOX.py -b 11 -r 1 -t 10 -o actin/ -m 1 -c Control -p 3 -a 30 -x 80 -z 300
allows to parse "-c" argument, which describes the experimental conditions that can be mimicked in the simulation. Those are:
- Control
- noactin
- SwinA
- SwinA_nopol
- LatB
- Flavopiridol
most of which are just various transcription inhibitors.
To be clarified:
- what does "SwinA" refer to? What is the difference between "SwinA" and "SwinA_nopol"?
- what is the difference between "-c noactin" and "-c Control -z 0" (where -z: number of free actin)?
