Issue raised by Stephen Palley: is this prong of "autonomous cryptonetwork" too strict/narrow?

"permits any Internet-connected, consumer-grade computer running the Open Cryptoclient to obtain an accurate and complete copy of the Open Cryptoledger"

(1) the prong should be revised so it is not a 'compound requirement'...currently the prong is getting at two separate issues:
-->(a) permissionless ability to download ledger from peers on network;
-->(b) what type of machine is needed to exercise that ability

(2) this prong is one of several places where the word "computer" appears...perhaps there should be a definition of "computer" added which refers to mass-market consumer-grade computers....but the low end of that market should not be a limiter.....the idea here is just that it should at least be possible to buy an off-the-shelf computer and access the network with it (rather than needing to e.g. buy a supercomputer from IBM)

(3) it's unclear exactly what "open cryptoledger" means as used within this prong--does it just refer to the blockchain, or does it also refer to the state trie?

I am not sure at the moment the exact right wording for the new definition called for in #2 but will play with it...
