Add clarkson-core as a dependency in composer #24

Depending on
clarkson-corealso adds a dependency for0-loaderto correctly load thevendor/autoload.phpfile and mu-plugins such asclarkson-core.This also implicates we want to add the
composer/installersdependency to move the plugins coming from composer to their correct directories.
