The module does not work for the official YouTube app.
I'm on OnePlus 5T (A5010), Android Oreo 8.1.0.

Hi, actually this may be more generic issue. I believe there are issues with FakeWifiConnection since android nougat. I don't have time to work on this atm unfortunately, but contributions are welcome.

Thank you very much for your reply. I just verified that it works for WhatsApp.
I would love to contribute to the project but I've never specifically coded for Android even though programming is my passion (I'm a Computer Science MSc student).
In two weeks I'll finish my exams, maybe this summer break I'll be able to look into this ;)
